✨ POLICIES ✨
✨ PAYMENT ✨
• Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours of receiving it (unless we have agreed on another date). Failure to do so can result in being banned from the group or page.
• No orders can be cancelled once payment is made. Once payment is made, I purchase the products & supplies needed.
✨ SHIPPING ✨
• My turn around time is 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise, which means your item(s) will be shipped out by 3-5 weeks from date of payment (excluding holidays).
• Due to the nature of items being customized, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items damaged during shipment.
• If your address on the invoice is incorrect, please notify me immediately. Once the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
✨ PICKUP/DROP OFF ✨
• If you need to pickup OR drop off items, there is a brown bin on my front porch for you. Pickup/drop off address is 1052 McCay Ave. You may drop off or pickup your items whenever is convenient for you, as my bin is readily available.
✨ OTHER ✨
• If something on the invoice is not correct, please notify me immediately. If you are getting an item with a monogram, please type the letters in the exact order you would like them stitched in.
• If something is subpar or if there are any issues with an order, please notify me within 24 hours of delivery, and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution! One of my business goals is to produce high-quality items and have unmatched customer service.
